Managers only know to dump their work to their reportees, Managers have a wierd attitude of 'I'm doing a great favour to you' for doing their responsibilities. Example: recognising your hard word and nominating you for promotion, according to most of the managers mindset s a favour done to the employee. Doesn't really feel rewarding for Hardwork. Too hierarchical. For a project, there will at least be 4-5 managers in different designations asking questions, wasting a lot of time.

Employees are treated as only resources. Employee worth is assessed based on revenue they are bringing and based on profitability. Bad work culture. Management doesn't care about employee needs. HR department, Immigration department etc.. treat themselves as if they are superiors and doing a favor to associates by handling their requests. Always look for high profit margins.
