Nothing to mentioned here, till now i not find any thing here accept playing carom inside production hours.

This company is 20 years old company, but if you compare this company to other company this company never grows. Reasons are as below:- Leader are not technically fit. Most of the people who works from long time they want to save there position for that they releasing the resource frequently, so they maintain the position for long time. While doing code review doing lot of mistake. No appreciation for hard work. Appreciation come to you plate when you are behaving like pet dog. So better away from this comp.

Full of incompetent middle management who have been with company since they started their career ( Many more than 20 years) - Just because they belong to one region/language - Tamil. They wont let others to work. If you are Indian and not Tamil -- don't even think of joining this organization

Extremely unethical in every aspect of professionalism. Does not comply with even what the management & Human Resources promises in writing. I have several proofs . No matter how many appreciations you get from end-client, eventually you will not be able to get a good rating until you get into the political & filthy games. Upper Management is more race and region oriented , extremely biased towards new joiners. Even after several escalations and showing proof of political games, no one listens and eventually the resource is targetted with horrible rating. Extremely unrealistic in expectations, the higher management is non technical and will expect to derive E=mc2 every month without proper training or time.
