Pros

-Tons of free food and beverages (but not from Cognizant) - Support from the team when something happen

Cons

- Not Flexible working time - Bad management and the worst one is on the PT team. - No motivation from management to work - Work under pressure - Holidays needs to be as the management wants and disproved when they want. - You can make a perfect work during 5 months and after that if you make one error you are entitled as a "Bad Worker". - No Professionalism at all - Bonus is miserable. - Salary increase is just some bucks. - Careers opportunities just after 18 months and without chances to happen

Pros

Gain good skills in next gen data centers.

Cons

If you were acquired don't expect your same bonus structure. We received an email bonuses would be 30 to 40% higher depending on performance but still we have seen better bonuses in the TriZetto bonus plan. Company is mostly geared toward South Indians running it. Your old management will be replaced sooner than later. US Immigration should truly investigate this company and find out why so many Americans have been replaced by H-1B holders. We used to outnumber them and now they are at least at 50% in the Englewood, CO office.

Was great until Cognizant took over

Pros

Before Cognizant took over, TriZetto was a great place to work, with bright minds, new ideas and high levels of talent all across the board. This has unfortunately dissipated since integration.

Cons

Since integration, it has been a sinking ship, with long serving employees leaving and others being “benched” and eventually laid off due to Cognizant’s heavy outsourcing while there is no backfilling due to Cognizant’s “policy.” This has led to an atrocious work/life balance for everyone still left and nobody from Cognizant seems to care. There is zero regard for employee satisfaction.
