Pros
- Good Environment - Salary Comes on time - Great benefits - Initial training given is really helpful - You get free access to entire library of Udemy so make sure you take use of that
Cons
- Getting assigned to team could be hard. I had to wait on bench and follow up with a lot of people to get assigned to one - The team u get assigned could be entirely different from what u get during training - Some luck element in play. People with good managers and teams are happier and otherwise are having nightmares. Experience is not consistent - You dont get to choose your teams so you could get some outdated techstack that doesnt help u much in career
