Cognizant reviews

Since they took us from former vendors everything just went down. They have promised us many good things (for example salary review, which never happened) . Cognizant is looking just for benefits for them self and forgets employees. Last week they increased targets for 10% and let us know just a day before, what was very surprising, not to mention that they just increase targets but not bonuses uplift. After those changes, many people start looking for new jobs in other companies, even tho they are woking for Google maps more than two years. Management is very bad, no communication between vendor and employees, everything is just messed up.

They bribe you with incentives to work OT, and after putting in 50+ hours they frown upon you when you opt out. Management and team leads have their favorites, if your not one, you better watch your back. You have people who watch and tell every little thing you do like a hawk. They micromanage. IF you try and address any issues or discrepancies you are retaliated against. Management nor HR cares about you, wont hear you out, will write you up under false information and will not take the time to verify facts. You have to know the right people or kiss up to the right person to be treated fairly/equally. It's all in who you know.
