Ok pay, a couple nice coworkers.

Cons

Everything. There is no work life balance, management is nothing more than a layer of people that you may talk to every once in a while. Hostile siloed work environment. IT can't keep current or fix problems because of the amount of policy and politics in the environment. Since the buyout they are not backfilling from the outside so enjoy either doing multiple people's jobs or outsourcing your work to India

Forcing to resign after coming from maternity leave

Insecure job, Bill-ability issue, They are forcing me to resign after coming from maternity leave and I was there in bench for 3 months, they are not ready to give any projects as I am having a small baby so that not able to take night shifts. Even though they are not ready to take me to any non-technical projects also.

This is very hard to write up, but the only pro I can think of was to leave the company as soon as possible.

Cons

Extremely arrogant management. Pay is poor whilst the company profits from the slave labour rates given. No scope for career progression. Poor exit interviews where your supposed line manager turns up for the first time. Poor work life balance.
