1. Have to work more than 10-11 hours per day. 2. They don’t give you work based on your skillset. They just assign it randomly especially if you are a fresher 3. For freshers 90% of time you will get support role which had no career growth 4. Really low salary as in other service based companies for freshers 5. They don’t care about you or your work life balance. They will just mind that you have to work 10+ hours a day.
