Pros
Learned a lot. Plenty of opportunities for exposure depending on program. Offered plenty positions while in program.
Cons
Lack of defined structure and no cost of living adjustments per location change. They give you pretaxed one time allotments but they're not sufficient for places with high cost of living. Business unit changes may mean a month or 2 without proper computer access.
