They take advantage of employees who care. DEI is horrible there. They will fire you or lay you off just to check a diversity hire box. They use the good ole boy system. Doesn’t care about quality they just want to make shipment. Fast track to becoming like Boeing.

HR has to coddle the employees. Constant bickering undermining working around and harassing. HR worked to foster this toxic environment and did nothing to solve the problems.
