      Pros

      Enjoyed helping customers get satisfaction. Enjoyed training and building a team and working on efficiency efforts. Got paid a decent wage and usually received good raises. Many of the people in the trenches with you are great individuals. That was the hardest part of getting laid off.

      Cons

      Almost always overworked. Many units need additional people.
