      I can't say anything bad, I loved working here.

      Cons

      very difficult to move around from an admin position without a degree. The health insurance was expensive and did not cover as much as my husband's Federal insurance did.

      Re-orgs every few months, no clear direction, too many silos. Org is too big to be successful, BUs should spin off.
