      Decent, but not great pay.

      Cons

      Average pay and benefits at best. Horrible, Toxic, Sufficating corporate culture. Only care about short term financial results, lack any long term vision or thought. Leadership changes every 6mo to 1year, people who have never been to a site are leading a team at that site and making decisions to cut it with no idea of the impact, they only care about the short term $$$. UTC ruined Rockwell Collins. They have made it so that you can only get a promotion or advance your career is in your current job and if you try and take a different one in the company that can only be a lateral move.

      Pros

      Amazing teams in Burnsville, MN. There are so many who care deeply about our business, customers, products, processes, and teams here, and it's a privilege to work with them (in ALL levels at our site!)

      Cons

      Senior leadership (C-suite level down to VP's) are very disconnected with the realities of their sites, and the impact of their snap-decisions on hard-working teams truly trying to make a difference every day.

      This company will lie to you during the hiring process and tell you that you can have a hybrid remote work schedule but then once they get you in the door will strip it away, run away from this company, they have stripped away everything that used to make it a good place to work.
