Pros

The pay was excellent, and they offered overtime with approval. The internship experience exposed me to multiple subjects and skills that have helped me throughout my academic and career journey.

Cons

Depending on your work assignment, it can be very tedious work that requires you to spend hours looking at your computer desk. It's also a manufacturing site in the desert, so it's not the most luxurious place to work, and it can get warm and loud.

Employee friendly leadership. Flexibility in work from Home and Office. Approachable management.

Cons

-They don't have project ownerships in India and technology knowledge is restricted. -They use very old tools for code development, reviews, etc. Also the outdated processes are an overhead too. -The company makes good money but salary hikes are poor.
