terrible culture from top executive team. super demanding job, no true improvements to solve the underlying issues. same problems over and over again.

Fairly good benefits. Lots of opportunities to work on cutting edge technology when working in the engineering department. Promotion opportunities were fair, most of the time

Cons

Lots of changes after mergers. First merger with United Technologies, then again with Raytheon. I left before the Raytheon merger. I left 4 years ago, hopefully things improved with the Raytheon merger.
