Cons

Since the RTX acquisition leadership has loss and alignment with their stated core values. Their shift to an exclusively top down leadership approach with lack of transparsnent open communication during organizational changes devalues their individual contributors. Non competitive pay Too many layer of middle management. Loss of safety focus.

Beside 4 weeks of vacation and solid 401k matching there is nothing else here worth of mentioning.

Cons

Very toxic management, high turnover of people and managers themselves, heaven for Canadians and it all goes to who knows who, completely delusional mid and high managers, don't understand the process, keep forcing people to work overtime, and when there is no work they force people to take vacation.
