      Got a lot of great experience and exposure. Week off in December for "winter shutdown" Decent PTO accrual Coworkers are fun people Great resource groups

      Cons

      -Benefit changes due the company undergoing so many mergers -Middle Management either lacks experience or are non-technical leading technical teams -Low transparency on the changes to the company through the merger -Salaries are not competitive -Very little room for growth outside you role

      Decent benefits. Get to work on complex projects that translate to actually meaningful products.

      Cons

      Pay is pretty low. General office culture can be very depressing. Hard for any innovation in processes or tech to get approved.
