The team size is about 15-20 people making it not too big or too small. Always had great experiences working with everyone. Also, Winston-Salem is a great little city to live.

Cons

Collins Aerospace is considered one of the leading interiors companies in the world but employee pay and benefits are not at the top level. Also, the company severely lacks engineering training and development. Most, if not all, of your time is focused on working on programs so not much time for growth. Finally, there is a huge disconnect between management and employees.
