Pros
It was a fantastic place to work, with great colleagues and a wonderful management team. All departments worked together to create an incredible work environment that made everyone feel that they were part of something worth building up.
Cons
Only one worth mentioning and that is the unscrupulous nature of the Board of Directors of UTC, the company that bought over the original company. They reassured everyone by engaging the company's IT team to push "Happy Family" videos to every employee's computer. They told everyone that no one would lose their jobs and that we were going to be one big family. Less than a year later, they retrenched more than a third of the worldwide staff, starting with the 1,000 IT staff that helped them push their videos.
