120 Hours of PTO. Good immediate management.

Cons

Becomes very corporate very quickly. Senior management does not care about anyone. There is no upward mobility. Raise money is pulled from the same pool as senior's bonuses. HR will not let you switch from a "T" position to "M" management position.
