- People are friendly and willing to help - Good work life balance

Cons

- Salary is not competitive esp for data/software technical roles - No annual bonus until P5 is crazy work - Questionable management, esp with recent restructuring and layoffs - People hype up the benefits and while they are good, you can find the same if not better at most other big companies

Salary can be good if you push hard. Work life balance can be maintained.

Cons

Incredibly inefficient. Senior leadership has no idea what they're doing. Revolving door of incompetent directors that "fail upwards", i.e. fail and then get promoted out. Staff left unmotivated and uncertain by lack of strategic direction and constant RIFs.
