Started off as a great company but in the past few years they care less about their employees

Pros

Some of the benefits such as vacation/PTO and sick time are great. Most of the employees are great to work with too.

Cons

Management does not care about well-being of employees. They also expect that each person maintain the workload of a 2-3 person job. So you're constantly expected to work at least 10 hours a day to try to get the workload completed, which is never enough.
