      Pros

      Pay is decent. You will have *some* great colleagues. Exposure to interesting products and services.

      Cons

      From an HR perspective, the company has lost sight of the needs of the business and of the people doing the work. Instead, favoring what is shiny and new. HR *leadership* promotes people into roles of great influence that they are not experienced or prepared for. Higher value is placed on those who manage up and put together a nice slide deck under the guise of actual meaningful work. It's embarrassing.

      Pros

      Job has some good benefits. If you're not a young woman you'll do fine. I recommend this job to anyone who doesn't mind having to go to therapy after you quit. Good luck!

      Cons

      Reported harassment about a 10 year and in return got harassed more by peers AND management. They tried to do everything in order to get me in trouble or write me up. I was followed into the bathroom by management for months because "I pee too much" (I had a doctors note excusing me) Was targeted and treated differently than my peers. There is so much more could say.
