      Pros

      Good pay, independent work, lots of different work options for assemblers to learn and good teammates. Overall a good place

      Cons

      Management was just that. They managed. Managed to do the bare minimum, managed to react rather than be proactive, just managed to pass people off. There was a lack of leadership in most roles. There happen to be good people in leadership roles, but their skill sets were not ready to lead.

      Nothing good to say about this company, they are a bunch of sick individuals who work there.

      Cons

      If you are a woman do not walk away, run away from Collins in Miramar Florida. If you are anything but male and Cuban run away. This is the most dreadful workplace you could ever expose yourself to. Take it from me, you have been warned!
