Great pay and benefits. Good company culture and great people to work with.

Cons

Many outdated technological systems for being an advanced aerospace company. Slow to adapt and implement real, positive, progressive change. Stuck limping along with outdated tools and systems, all the while trying to make an impact and propel the company forward. It's very frustrating.
