      Pros

      You at least get some sort of a salary.

      Cons

      The longer someone works here the more time you have to commit to the job with no reward, recognition, or compensation. The business continuously misses goals so unrealistic goals are pushed from top down. When those targets are missed it is the lower levels fault.

      Good benefits, salary, pension etc. Early friday finish. Good canteen. Opportunities to move around.

      Cons

      Lack of skills and knowledge in manufacturing across all departments, people in jobs with no experience, lack of basic fundamental engineering skills in ME, Quality and Ops. Unwillingness to listen to new ideas, innovate or do things properly. Resistance to change. Lots brushed under carpet. This is a place for those who do not like a challenge and want an easy ride to see out their career with good benefits.
