Pros

Work is not too bad, and people are nice overall. The campus is decent with an on-site cafe and Starbucks. Located conveniently near LAX. Lots of opportunities within the company. This is the only company I've worke for, so I think the benefits are fine. PTO policy is good.

Cons

Programs can be fickle. Once you're placed in a program, chances are that you will stay in it for a long time. Also, if a program loses funding, you're essentially out of work.

Pros

great program for employee to advance in education. everything is paid. great leaders in certain pockets.

Cons

difficult to advance within an organization. you almost have to always jump job to move up. Also internal hiring process is not setup to help with internal employees. you can't negotiate salary if you got two offers from within the company.
