      Pros

      Remote work flexibility although that might be going away.

      Cons

      - RTX (parent company) does not work well with the business units. They push down requirements, but don't communicate ahead of time. - Leadership within the business units isn't aligned. - Too many changes amongst leadership - constant attrition. - Leadership only listens to you if you're an associate director or above. - Collins leadership thinks that certain levels of the organization are only leaders - P/M5 or above - not all employees.

      Great time off, good people

      Pros

      Staring pay was good for the area, 3 weeks off to start was also a big benefit. Plus you get holidays and the site shuts down for th week of Christmas so an extra week of paid time off. Great people in my shop, some flexibly with the time as well.

      Cons

      Sometimes it feels like senior leaders are not really aware of challenges on the floor, or have unrealistic expectations which can lead to issues. Also, promotion process has been "in progress" since I started.

      Cons

      - Low employee morale.. The business has just mandated a full return to site for all employees, they made a big fuss about getting everyone hybrid contracts and are now backpedaling to have everyone on site with almost all flexibility removed. Collins Leighton Buzzard worked offsite/hybrid for a number of years now and people joined the company with the promised perk of a hybrid arrangement.
