Salary compression is bad especially since the COVID pay freezes. The 3% raises this year with 8% inflation. The pay is no were near industry peers.

Too many integrations in such a short time made this company way less appealing. Benefits are going down, too heavy on zero-value meetings, tough current state due to airline industry, frequent layoffs, high attrition rate, high burnout.
