      Pros

      Lots of good people. Lots of opportunity to move within the company. Interesting projects.

      Cons

      After the acquisition by UTC and merger with Raytheon, communication drastically changed for the worse. Big companies are always fairly bureaucratic, but the takeovers definitely made it a much worse place to work.

      Pros

      - good PTO - tuition reimbursement - steady work depending on your area

      Cons

      - pay has become uncompetitive - hesitancy to promote due to arbitrary restrictions - IPP (bonuses) were removed and replaced with a slight increase to base salary - Disconnect between all sites. Raytheon rolls out company policies without consideration of work environment of other sites - extra red tape in an industry that is already heavily regulated, - pushes extremely politically biased views - prematurely mandating all employees to vaccinate without offering option to get tested once a week.
