      They hire a lot of Mechanical Engineers offering lots of ME work but ME work does not exist within this company

      Flexible Working Hours, able to work autonomously, good specialist teams, every working day is different, challenging, chance for career progression if you move from technical into management

      Middle management of site have lost sight of the most important factors to the business, limited progression available for technical backgrounds, limited visibility of future projects resulting in decreased morale on site
