Lots of opportunity to improve things, since current processes and systems are so poor. Pay and work-life balance are solid. Friendly and helpful coworkers.

Cons

Data management and processes feel stuck in the 20th century. Bureaucracy slows access to data and software, leading to slow project execution. Data teams are disorganized, understaffed, and have unclear roles and purpose. Lack of strong leadership, vision and strategy, especially with data.
