      Pros

      - New ideas, no matter how small, never go unnoticed. Employees are promoted and celebrated for their accomplishments - Unlimited PTO actually means unlimited PTO - Leadership is open to new ideas, so if you are smart and hungry, you will be able to add awesome projects to you resume - Goals are established and measured in a very effective manner, so you are always clear what's expected of you, which targets you need to hit, and what path to success looks like.

      - Not really a con, but maybe it's time to consider moving to a larger office

      Pros

      The culture is inclusive and fun - everyday I’m excited to come into work - the people at CompStak are not only bright, but genuinely amazing to work with! One of the most unique things about CompStak is how connected and collaborative the teams are not only within each office but also between each office throughout the country. Management encourages new ideas and really listens to you - unlike other companies, at CompStak you’re really able to have a seat at the table and a voice within the company. Leadership is awesome and really cares about each employee by fostering growth, both personally and professionally. The work is fast paced and exciting, everyday I leave feeling like I’ve had the opportunity to contribute to the bottom line, while also working with great people!

      Pros

      All of this makes me feel that I will be staying here for a while: - strong engineering culture - cutting edge tech projects and a lot of freedom to innovate - strong revenue growth - the talent pool here is amazing and the people are really nice and collaborative
