Working with some of the smartest and nicest people with whom I've ever worked.

Cons

Not much negative to say. I'd love a match on our 401k, but I expect that will come with time.

I have been involved since day 1 and their meticulous drive in surrounding themselves with only the best becomes evident when you take your weekly company luncheons and are just chatting with the tech team who are 20 feet in front of you, or the super driven sales team who sat 5 feet behind me

Cons

Maybe some individual department goals should be better aligned for effectiveness.
