Although our structure can be seen as flat, we recently implemented a formalized performance review process that incorporates a job leveling framework and competencies. This provides insight to our professionals on how to grow internally at CompStak whether that be vertically or horizontally.

As for your "con," if you have specific recommendations for how our benefits can be better we want to hear! We offer top of the market coverage with Aetna, many wellness perks, ancillary benefits, 401k and more. Over the past 6 months we have been hiring many new professionals, with the focus on leaders.
