Cons
This company is only interested in making money. They are not interested in the growth of the employees. They promise positive things during the interview and onboarding process. They are dishonest about expectations during and after training. The training is just the reading of paperwork or guidelines. Nothing is ever explained. And questions are discouraged. Employees are prohibited from speaking to managers and supervisors. There is the constant threat of termination. Managers treat their employees in a way that is disrespectful and demeaning. Teams are not allowed to help one another. There are constant technical issues with programs and equipment.
