      We get a 30-minute unpaid lunch. That is 30 minutes, I don't have to be there

      Cons

      CEO doesn't care about anyone but India, They are cutting American jobs just as fast as they can, no raises, Managers don't care about the job cuts but expect the ones that are left to pull the weight

      Cons

      Night Shifts with zero night allowence. Brand is good, but all managers are hired from BPO so they have narrow mindset. Micromanagement, HR will send security guards on work floor on every few mins to monitor activity. Bad HR Policies, worst ever seen, hard to interact with HR and with full of attitude. Special request, don't join if u are from technical background at Indore otherwise you will suffer alot.
