      Bureacuracy in excess, cannot do anything without approvals. Groups change the rules at their discretion, no common criteria.

      Pros

      Remote and that's about the only benefit. Good company to build some experience in a larger company.

      Cons

      Only 10 days of PTO. 4-5 holidays a year. overwork you. benefits subpar. no bonus, no raises, no incentives to do better. Overworked employees, high attrition rate, offshore India team is worked to death and I feel bad for them.
