Cons

No raises. Seriously there are people there same position 3 to 4 years and no raises. I was there for almost 3 years and no raises. No incentive to stay. No support. I was a Project Manager,/ Data Analyst/ Business Analyst and SME because the only business people available were customer service agents. At the end of the day leadership was telling me as a project manager I had to get this done, yet I had no support.
