Nothing. One of worst companies in the world.

Cons

Huge pressure and very demanding requirements for little money. Constant control and even interfering in personal life. You feel like a slave working for them. They want you to work like a robot. Just do what they want, without discussing other way they can make your life a nightmare. They can make problem from anything, even the overtime that you do voluntarily. If you care about your mental health better avoid this company. Totally not worth the struggle.

High turnover means you get to meet new people every year. You quickly become the expert in your area.

Cons

Questionable leadership qualities, HR & expensive benefits all outsourced. No COLA, raise or promotions ( no discussion and no actual path to promotions ). All management, very few people who work.

I don’t have the hours to spare that I would need to write about it, so I’ll describe it in one word: inhumane. Only work here if it’s your only choice and don’t stop your search for other work.
