Pros

This place hires every single person who applies.

Cons

I worked at the Boise location. The condition of the building alone is reason enough not to work there. It's dated...stains are on the chairs and walls. The smell of cigarettes hangs in the air all day. Upper managment is a bunch of morons. The pay is extremely low. I left right after training.

Pros

The pay is slightly higher for this type of position

Cons

While the pay is slightly higher, they shred it with costs on health benefits and other "perks" so you end up with less. The company announced today that they would be taking away the working from home jobs so if that's what you are applying for, it won't last long. In my opinion, this is another opportunity at getting rid of more employees. Instead of laying them off and paying severance they just take away the one decent thing they have to offer. All in the guise of better culture. Benefits suck, 2 weeks PTO and 401K is lame Most people on projects are exhausted because of ridiculous deadlines
