Pros

Management is generous with their food. Leads are mostly nice. Company offers benefits.

Cons

1. HR is terrible - They are hard to reach and refuse to call back or try to help. They just ignore you. 2. Attendance - An employee spent 3 shifts vomiting repeatedly and LOUDLY in the bathroom but was told if she left early or called out she would get an attendance point and be fired. So she stayed. And when she requested a trash can so she wouldn't have to spend so much time running to the bathroom I think she was declined the request. (And given the weekly reports of managers watching us, she will be probably be flagged as an underperformer and spoken to.) Someone else got a point for leaving early when they were taken away in an ambulance. I understand having a policy for attendance but that's ridiculous - they left in an AMBULANCE. 3. Maintenance - There are constantly issues with the system and the building, occasionally requiring the company to be shut down. During an overtime week, people came in early for their shifts and were NOT paid for the time despite being asked to come in early, all because the heat was broken. So after working for hours in a building under 65 degrees, they only got partially compensated for their time. And when the system goes down, same thing - not paid sometimes. And when employees get understandably frustrated, there is no empathy. They are told they are lucky to have options, to have pay at all. 4. Communication - Leadership has NO idea how to talk to people and they are short at best when communicating corporate information. They also only tell night shift employees about overtime options right before or sometimes during their shift, preventing them from completing the available hours if they wanted. And then the leads on our shift who close at 12:30am on Friday nights are expected to sometimes open at 7am Saturday morning while the salaried management rarely shows their faces on weekends. 5. Team Leads - The "leads" on duty at night can't even get into the locked office for a bandaid. What good is a leader that can't even help us? There should be a supervisor on call or on site at all times so emergency equipment is accessible. Give them a key or something for God's sake. What if someone needs a defibirillater? 6. Benefits - Benefits are super expensive and they REALLY don't want you to sign up for them. It even says you can get kicked off if your family is on their plan but there is some other option available. 7. Pay - Unsurprisingly, pay is bare minimum (minimum wage). QA and team leads make barely more than that and when minimum wage goes up I don't think they get anything so they make barely more for doing reporting and extra work. Also see 3 because if the copmany can get away with NOT paying you for time you had planned to work, they absolutely will not pay you. 8. Corporate - The company does NOT care about its employees. At all. If they did, there would be a manager on site that knew how to talk to people and understood the business, supervisors that could do both the admin and the people duties they're expected, team leads with actual authority, and a building above 65 degrees in the winter (and if not, compensation for when you are TOLD to leave).

Good people and location. Close to restaurants.
