The only pro is that I get to work at home.

The company does not care about their employees, in any way, shape or form. Training is horrible, they claim they're not going to just throw you on the call floor and that is exactly what they do. They rush you thru training, and not long after that they make you go thru more training for different levels. You don't have a choice. You're not just one department, you're all of them. And that was not part of the job description. Also, I got a job I didn't even apply for. So that made it worse. Good luck getting any help with anything either. Any mistakes you make will be posted on a team group for every employee to see. Also, take screenshots of EVERYTHING, you'll need it to defend yourself.

Where do I even begin, first of all the position you do is so low paying, when you work directly at apple they make 20$ an hour, you're being severely underpaid for the amount of work you do. Secondly, there is so much micro management being in this position. I would not reccomond this company for anyone
