Room for advancement caused by high turnover and colleagues' mediocre/poor performance and initiative means if you already work here, there are good opportunities to grow your career. CEO leaving is also good news. Much will depend on whether they can bring on a good CEO to replace Vemuri.

Cons

Frequent senior management changes cause uncertainty about company's long-term ability to improve. I would not recommend a friend work here at this time.

Constantly shifting schedule and micromanaging No legally required compensation for login and logout time, 5 minutes required by law. Pay is below average compared to similar positions at other companies. Very limited career path and forced movement between lines of business. Management is unhelpful and 100% inflexible

Horrible Management Manger takes advantage of Team members 6 day work week Mandatory OT (last minute/after shift ) with 1 hour notice No room for growth Pay is alright but my team also gets paid more by piece work. But if you are not fast enough or you get a big error, you don't get the extra pay and you only receive the minimum.
