It was my biggest flaw of lifetime to join conduent. I regret that decision. Conduent is employee un-friendly, no bonuses, no good salary hike. Management is pathetic. No work-life balance. Life has became hell. Dont know why they provided laptops, when employees have to apply leave while working from home. Join conduent only when its the only offer in hand, otherwise avoid it. I wish if I could give zero stars in rating. pathetic and unstable company. Keep on hiring for whole year as resources dont stay here for long.

If you're in Florham Park New Jersey, you might keep your job. Benefits are OK, compensation WAS fine but they are hiring 2-3 less qualified people in other countries for less money than one skilled position here.

Cons

Positions are being relocated to India and Mexico rapidly. If you work in most other places, your job will eventually go away. If you work remotely, it will happen even faster, per the company's announced policy or eliminating them. They even refer to it as the "India Model" although that term isn't published anywhere. They constantly promote their concern for employees, but employees in America are being replaced fairly quickly.
