Filthy environment, trash is emptied and bathrooms are clean, the rest of the building is gross !! Desks, chairs and carpet don’t get cleaned unless you do it yourself ! schedules get changed per 3 months, weekends open, Sundays mandatory to work, they don’t tell you that upon hiring, “training bonus “, not told upon hire $11. Starting pay, drops after 6 months of employment for min. Wage, Stressful calls, High call volume. No way is this enough pay to deal with people non stop calling you after they took 20 min. Of holding and transfers prior to getting on your line ! Aetna is a joke the way they route calls for customers

Hours were grueling. A lot of the rules to employment had to do with the client, but management was not consistent. I had an allergic reaction and had to leave work and my job was threatened. Thank god I made it to the ER in time.
