Having a desk to sit at.

Cons

No regard for employees. They are not a family orientated place to work. Forget about working from home like all the other companies that have embraced this, CEO is NOT going to let you work from home. Rules dont apply per department. If you work in an apartment that gets priviledges they will be taken away because other departments complain and whine. If you want to be happy, dont work here, period!

Dishonest hiring process. I was told one thing during the hire process and through training only to find out things were done totally different. Training is a joke! After one week we were taking calls and did not have any idea how to support the customers because we hadn’t learned the program yet.
