No pros since it changed to Conduent. xerox and ACS was much better company.

Cons

since last two years No hike in pay, shifting to new location in noida which is as far as it could be. increase work hours from 9 hours a day to 9.30 hours a day. No extra benefit given for increased work hours. since they increased the work hours and now the travelling hours as well (shifting to greater noida 137 sec), it will ruin the personal life of people. Works on very old Technologies.

Cons

This company exists after splitting off from Xerox Professional Services and is under management that is downsizing in an effort to save money. Presumably they will attempt to sell this business to someone else in the near future. Conduent is making decisions based completely on the bottom line and lacks any care for individual employees. Furthermore, their 1 - 5 year plan is confused and poorly communicated. This was an extremely frustrating place to work after splitting from Xerox in January 2017..
