Pros
I really enjoyed working for Conduent. I like working from home, especially that commute to the office, I just stop in the kitchen for my morning coffee and step into my spare room, aka my office, to start the day. Constantly busy with customer calls, so the day fly by real fast.
Cons
No support to agents when needed. Not enough training. Hard to get a raise unless you change to different client that pays more and if you can get the position. You don't get bonus' as advised. Large turnarounds.
