No room for growth. HUGE Turnover. Medical students appearing as physicians to patients trying to help them but in reality just obtaining pre-existing conditions to share with the big health insurance companies. Unrealistic goals for time spent on calls. Summer time is very boring; you are stuck leaving voicemail message on answering machines.

No raises. No bonuses. There really is no room for upward mobility. People tend to sit on their positions for years on end without moving on or up. There is little incentive to go out and perform your job on a day-to-day basis or go above and beyond. The hiring process is atrocious, and the company went in a mode of hiring low skilled, unqualified or lazy people to cut costs. Morale was abysmal at times, and there was so much coming and going with employees in and out the door it was hard to develop any team camaraderie. Work piled up to ridiculous and sometimes unattainable levels because of this.
