Solid and experienced team members Directors and SR Directors are helpful No micro management during projects Projects are interesting as tech becomes more advanced Remote work available

Cons

Many layoffs of top performers Fire drills are constant GMs are mainly confused due to so much change, they are hard to pin down and lack strategic focus CMO and CEO severely out of touch with their people. CMO/Cheif of Staff has difficulties managing staffing issues, and his race towards efficiency in managing CEOs vision via mass layoffs of top performers is myopic and denotes a lack of vision and poor management skills

Our leadership team is among the first to say that the beginning of our transformation was difficult. It was a year of intense evaluation, tough business decisions, and sweeping change. We hope you understand that at no point did Conduent make changes for the sake of making changes. Our people remain a priority and while the transformation may have been difficult, it has set us apart from the competition.
